  • Clearance items or items marked as "final sale."
  • Furniture that has been damaged due to misuse, incorrect assembly, or wear and tear.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return and request a refund:

  2. Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
  3. Our team will provide you with return instructions, including where to send the item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • For returns due to damaged or defective items, we will cover the shipping costs and provide a pre-paid return label.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 days after the approval.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated period:

8. Exchanges
